Membership renewals
  1. No renewals should be processed after 31st October. Follow process for NEW members.
  2. Returning members should have been sent a renewal form.
  3. If no form is available at time of renewal, they must fill in a normal membership form - this is so we have a record of their signature and them accepting the slope rules and club policies for another year.  A parent or guardian must sign for junior members (U16).
  4. Ensure you swipe their membership card or 'search' and admit before taking payments at the till.
  5. Once payment has been taken, print an extra receipt and attach to membership form and place in Membership box.  There is no reason to post money in this box.
  6. These forms will then be processed by the membership secretary and filed for future reference.
  7. It is important the form and receipt are posted because the IT system renewal date for this member is updated manually and future entry into the club will be dependant on this update.
  8. If you cannot find the member on the IT system by swiping or searching usually means they were not members last year and therefore are NOT renewing, and must be processed as a NEW member. Check the spelling of their surname and you can search by first name by changing search criteria during search process.
New Memberships
  1. New membership forms are available in the lodge or on the web site. We will accept the renewal paperwork if signed but we will charge full new membership price.
  2. Ensure the form is completed fully and YOU are able to read it, including the email address.
  3. We need a record of their signature and them accepting the slope rules and club policies.  A parent or guardian must sign for junior members (U16).
  4. Once payment has been taken, print an extra receipt and attach to membership form and place in Membership box.  There is no reason to post money in this box.
  5. These forms will then be processed by the membership secretary and filed for future reference. A welcome letter and a membership card will be issued and available for collection in the lodge within a few days of becoming a member.
  6. You can now accept them as a member and take any additional payments using the "Members and Families not yet on system" button.
